By downloading, installing, or using the Formveo mobile application or visiting this website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. 2. Description of Service

Formveo is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides personalized workout plans, nutrition tracking, food photo analysis powered by Google Gemini AI, and 3D exercise demonstrations. The Service is operated by Ruslan Lysenko, an individual developer based in Finland ("we", "us"). The Service is intended to support healthy lifestyle habits and is designed for generally healthy adults. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

To access the full Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@formveo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Resell or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All workout plans, nutritional estimates, macro calculations, and health-related content generated by Formveo are produced by artificial intelligence models and are provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

This content does not constitute medical advice and should not be treated as such. AI-generated nutritional data (including calorie and macro estimates from food photos) is an approximation and may not be accurate for your specific circumstances.

Before starting any new exercise program or making significant changes to your diet, consult a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or certified personal trainer. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Ruslan Lysenko (operating as "Formveo") and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruslan Lysenko (operating as "Formveo") shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Physical injury or health complications arising from following AI-generated workout or nutrition recommendations.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated nutritional data or macro estimates.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
